One Dental, offered by Fidelity Security Life, is a comprehensive New Jersey individual dental insurance plan with benefits similar to those available through group dental plans.
One Dental is a reimbursement plan that lets you visit any dentist you want. There's no need to worry about using a network provider.
One Dental offers—
- Preventive services at 100% (2 exams, 2 cleanings per year.)
- Basic services at 80% (x-rays, fillings, simple extractions, etc.)
- Major services at 50% (endontics, oral surgery, periodontics, crowns, bridges, dentures)
- $35 per person lifetime deductible for Preventive applies, and a $50 annual deductible for all other services applies
- Office co-pay at $10 per visit
- Calendar Year Maximum Benefit: $1,000
